At Crafted by Ura, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, here's how we help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at craftedbyura@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the product

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after approval.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
