At Crafted by Ura, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact
  • Any product showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way

How to Request a Return

Email us at craftedbyura@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear product images (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product:
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
    • Refund is issued to the original payment method

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos
  • We will provide:
    • Replacement OR
    • Full refund (after verification)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once paced can be canceled within 2 hours of placing
  • Cancellation is not possible once shipped
